The Philosophy of our Training

Here at STF we strive to teach our students, both human and equine, the art of horsemanship by starting at the ground level and creating a very wide base of support. With a good understanding of the basics, both horse and rider can build a future of commitment to each other that will lead to success in whatever venue is chosen. It is important to teach people why a horse reacts as he does and how to work with the four thousand years of evolution that make the horse what he is today.
