Hoofbeats is printed and distributed the first week of every month. Items for publication must be in the editor's hands on the 20th of the month prior to publication.
Checks must be sent with ads.
The editor reserves the right to edit any correspondence and/or refuse any advertisements submitted for publication.
Non-Profit Organizations will receive a 25% discount for any advertising that is done in the Hoofbeats newsletter.
